You may not use any hardware or software intended to damage or interfere with the proper working of Rozie™ or to surreptitiously intercept any system, data or personal information. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operations of Rozie™ in any way. SilverLeaf Electronics and the manufacturer of your RV reserve the right to limit or terminate your access to or use of Rozie™ at any time without notice. Termination of your access or use will not waive or affect any other right or relief to which SilverLeaf or your manufacturer may be entitled at law or in equity.

SilverLeaf and your coach manufacturer cannot guarantee that the Rozie™ data is error free and make no representation about the accuracy, functionality, or speed of Rozie™. This site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Neither SilverLeaf nor your manufacturer makes any representations or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement of third-party rights or intellectual property. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. The user accepts the consequences of every command, including the consequences of the failure of a command. Neither SilverLeaf Electronics nor your manufacturer accepts any liability for any consequences of any command, or the failure of any command, including but not limited to damage to RV components, storage facilities or personal property or injury to any persons or parties. SilverLeaf Electronics and your manufacturer cannot guarantee the security of your data or the access to your coach. The user accepts all security risks from activating Rozie™, including but not limited to the theft of personal information, physical access to the coach interior, and the ability to command coach systems remotely.
Limitations Of Liability
If you are dissatisfied with Rozie™, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using Rozie™.
Under no circumstances shall SilverLeaf Electronics, your manufacturer or dealer, or the agents, affiliates, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, agents, licensors or service providers be liable to you or any third party claiming through you for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Rozie™. This is a comprehensive limitation on liability that applies to all losses and damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or otherwise, including without limitation, loss of data, income or profits, whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory.
If any part of this limitation on liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of SilverLeaf Electronics and the other parties indicated shall not exceed ten dollars ($10.00)
